President of CENG

Daniel Lim is currently a Senior at Los Altos High. He is a focused young man who is dedicated to improving his community and providing equal opportunity to everyone. As one of the co-founders, Daniel aims to empower minorities in the computer science field. During his last year, he aims to grow CENG into an official non-profit, and teach even more students than last year, leaving a strong foundation for the next generation.


Vice President of Operations

Michelle is a senior at Los Altos High who enjoys participating in robotics and playing the piano. She likes working with kids and teaching others. She is experienced in several languages including Java, C++, C, and Python. She likes math and (sometimes) writing and finds coding interesting as a result.


Vice President of STEM Educations

Mikko is a junior at Los Altos High School. His favorite subject in school is science. He enjoys reading, watching tv, and hanging out with friends. He likes to code in Java and Python.


Vice President of Community Outreach

Nathan is a senior at Los Altos High School. In his free time, he enjoys playing the piano, hanging out with friends and reading. He is looking forward to continuing to teach with the CENG team this year.


Vice President of Web development

Nathaniel is a current student at Los Altos High School. He has always been interested in the STEM field, especially when it comes computer science. He enjoys playing videogames and coding. Nathaniel is definitely looking forward to teaching CENG this year.



Isabella is a senior at Los Altos High School. She enjoys playing tennis, reading, donating to charity, redirecting the Amazon, volunteering to rebuild houses after natural disasters, running an animal shelter for old cats and dogs, treating people with leprosy, and teaching kids how to code at CENG. She is excited for the upcoming school year.

Chief Operating Officer

Cedric is a sophomore at Los Altos High School. In his free time, he enjoys reading, drawing, and singing. As a member of CENG, he hopes to help expose more students to CS so that they can develop an interest in the topic. He believes that all students should have equal opportunities to learn CS and wants to be a part of giving that opportunity to them.



Arya is a sophomore at Los Altos high school. He enjoys working with people and loves to design. He is very outgoing and sees CENG as an opportunity to build his self confidence further, and learn something new along the way. He also likes ramen.



Yash is currently a sophmore in Los Altos High School. He has worked in numerous volunteer programs from 7th to 9th grade. Many of his projects include installing new software into old laptops for the people who are limited to these resources. In his free time he enjoys spending time with friends and family and enjoys creating crazy artworks.


Sydney is a student at Los Altos High School. She enjoys volunteering at CENG and working with children. 


Sam is a sophomore at Los Altos high school. He can code in JavaScript, Java, and Swift. He is an experienced 3D modeler and engineer. He loves to work with kids, and watching them explore new things which he believes is a truly rewarding experience


Caroline Cheng is a recent member who is currently a junior. This is her second year with CENG. She is a member of the badminton team and debate team. 


Trevor Smith is a sophomore at Los Altos High School. He enjoys coding, robotics, and LARP. He started to learn to program by using GameMaker and then moved on to use Python, Scratch, JavaScript, and Java. He is also fluent in Spanish, attending Escondido Elementary in Spanish Immersion from kindergarten to 5th grade.


Trevor is a senior at Los Altos High School. He loves teaching students to code so they can see how fun it is. He is taking AP computer science and is looking forward to helping next year. In his free time, Trevor goes camping and does community service.


Zachary Chen is a senior at Los Altos High School aspiring to become an electrical engineer. He enjoys swimming, learning about cars, and teaching students to code. He believes that skill will come naturally when a student genuinely enjoys practicing it. With that in mind, he hopes to make this upcoming year as enjoyable for the students as possible.


Karina is a sophomore who enjoys teaching kids about coding. She believes that this is a more interacting way for kids to enjoy video games while simultaneously learning about how to code for one. She has a great time working with kids. She does various things outside of coding. 


Derek is a senior at Los Altos High School. He has been coding since 5th grade and is fluent in java, javascript, and scratch. This is his second year in CENG and he wants to continue to spread his passion for computer science. Outside of CENG, he's also involved in robotics and track and field. 


My name is Klaire and I really enjoy working with CENG to help provide convenient access to STEM (specifically computer science-related) education to students. Personally, I find these topics extremely relevant and useful to our constantly changing and developing generation, so I am remarkably proud to be apart of this change. Besides coding, my hobbies include volleyball, swimming, and participating in clubs. Some of my goals include majoring in computer science and inviting more girls and unprivileged people into STEM to expand diversity. 


Natalie Huang is a senior at Los Altos High School. She is experienced in Java and Python, and enjoys both teaching and learning computer science. Outside of school, Natalie likes playing piano and doing robotics.


Jai is an 8th grader in Egan and loves helping others involved in Computer Science. He is very involved in his community and loves to work with CENG.


Nick is a member of CENG since 2018. He is a USA Computing Olympiad Gold level programmer and proficient in C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, and Scratch. He is also a competitive swimmer and a drummer.
